The Angelo James Magliocco Foundation was founded by Angelo and Jenifer Magliocco in memory of our beloved son, Angelo James. Our foundation is a non-profit organization who is committed to assisting Connecticut families who are raising children with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). We feel that as important as research is in finding a treatment or cure, it is equally important to help families that have children with SMA. The Angelo James Magliocco Foundation will periodically award grants to CT families raising children with SMA. These grants will be used by the families to assist them with payments for medical, pharmacy, and therapy services, to help purchase equipment, and any other costs arising out of the need to care or improve the condition of any such child.
